He's a lucky boy

If he'd been sacked at the end of last season like he should have been he would never have worked again. Thanks Mr Saunders for showing absolutely no loyalty to JR whatsoever.

Should have been sacked - what absolute nonsense.

Ill second that RedArmy!

cant begrudge people who better themselves, the world would simply fall to pieces, natural progression.

So Saunders has left Doncaster for a bigger club with more money? Can you really blame him?

So much for your idea of loyalty. Hypocrite.

had he been sacked at the end of last season we would not be top of the League now .His contribution has been massive and I'm sure JR will concur.

I don't understand folk who seem to want to stick the knife in since he's left. I've seen quite a few things on Twitter and the like, not particularly criticising his decision to take the Wolves job, but mocking his ability and the way he conducts himself in the media.

I'm not sure why that's necessary. I didn't even understand people who tried to undermine him when he was here, never mind now he's at a club that they have no real stake in to show such an intense level of interest.

It seems to me that certain people who dislike Saunders are so desperate for their views on him to prevail over those of us who like(d) him, that they feel they have to repeatedly share their opinion until Wolves fans/other outsiders eventually pick up on it.

I think its a good thing

Tactically inept, lucky with some of the results we yielded in a poor league. Anyone remember Tranmere ? Plus our home form

Even Wrexham fans said he was tactically clueless

Something which you need for Championship

Is it too much to ask for a manager to honour their contract especially after he was unemployable at the end of last season.

Good old Mad Mick -- posts his usual incendiary b*llocks, and we all come slavering to the trough, as he gleefully counts the responses. This is an expectant, nervous time as we await the appointment, and we have to read his crap. Can the mods lock/delete this thread, because of its irrelevancy and stupidity?

Yes but according to the BBC stats other teams have been getting more possession than us so we must be rubbish.
I guess maybe he has just been lucky

Its called jumping at the first chance to go to a bigger club. Something SOD didn't do. It really makes my piss boil at how mercenary managers are.

He's a very silly boy. Praised his 2 previous chairmen for being patient with him. Hopes the new chairman will be the same. I don't think so. 4th manager in 11 months. This is going to end very badly for him.

Of course we do......or do you think we'd be relegated with 50 points after failing to win/draw any more games for the rest of the season?

Come on man, engage brain before posting shite.

Sod did it to both Bournemouth and crawley, billy Bremner did it to us and was welcomed back.
Players do it all the time, sometimes we benefit from it, it's how football is

I do hope that this ill logic doesnt follow on into your day to day life?

god help you in an interview!

surely for your logic to be correct it would mean that leeds would still have rio? Everton - Rooney, Rovers - sharp???

do you blame any of these examples for moving on?

The examples you quote were at the top of their game before moving on. Saunders was unemployable at the end of last season so is in a totally different category. If he'd got even a small degree of loyalty he would have stayed. So he should have stayed to thank JR for keeping his career alive.
