He's been around and around. Cheltenham, Portsmouth, Forest amongst them. And all of those teams were nasty, brutish and thuggish. He moulds them in his own image.

That list seems right to me. He also managed Notts County for a brief time (to the L2 title though) and I remember him tipping up at Burnley a few years ago too.
