Indeed. Don't know what's more ridiculous from The Sun; Chairman Tomlinson or this...  http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/3857888/Troubled-Carlos-Tevez-in-transfer-to-Doncaster-Rovers.html

I'm hearing there's more than just Tomlinson. SC are in the mix again.

If our revenue is now down several million, and our asset base remains the same, a renewed takeover bid would make sense. And an acceptance of a bid more likely.

SC plus others, a done deal according to my sources.

Is there a link?

D2D that appears to be a shot of the front cover rendered from vector file within Photoshop on a Mac. Do you know someone who works at The Sun?

It's all over Facebook and Twitter, RD, and has been whispered about since at least middle of last week

If they bring 20 million to get out off league one easy then just need to find the 60 million plus to get promoted out of the championship which is still no given

God not this shite again. Can we just concentrate on having a well run club that can survive on the basis of a solid business plan and not pie in the sky dreams which lead to boom bust and embarrassment

Maybe you're right Sad. But the evidence so far is less than thin isn't it? Twitter? Facebook? And the terminally useless Sun? It's not rocking my boat yet.

Neither is the logic, recent history, precedent and the remarkable inaction of John Ryan tbh. What John's done this last 6-9 months is worth thinking about. It can tell you a lot.

Good. Your track record means that your 'confirmation' of the story gives it the kiss of death.

Nope. You're the one I look to as a weather-vane for being wrong.

According to that jr sold his shares must have missed that

Anyone else thought he did something wrong smoking whatever (doesnt bother me personally have tried it never will) now he needs a good news story and buying his struggling local club sounds good to outsiders
