I’ve just bought mine, hopefully we can eclipse the Oldham attendance.

More will be showing sold out than we've actually sold as season tickets will have their seats held for a few days I expect. My season ticket seats are showing as sold at the moment but I've not bought them yet.

Anyone know the initial allocation for Palace fans ?

Their selling procedure looks more complicated than ours for sure

Most PL clubs (and other well supported clubs where demand outweighs supply for tickets) have points based/loyalty systems in place for tickets.

Looks like that's what Palace have got in place here.

Not sure what the allocation will be though. Hopefully we'll limit to just the North Stand initially in the hope of selling out the home end.

Palace tickets are on sale from today. They allocate on the basis of the highest amount of ‘loyalty points’ which are collected subject to how many years you have held a season ticket and how many away games you attend. Lot of interest at our end but due to the loyalty point restrictions I wouldn’t expect to sell out much before the weekend. Sometimes early sales are slow as fans wait until they can buy seats with other family members and friends on lower Loyalty Points to ensure they can sit together.

Not sure whether Palace then have the option of coming back for more if they sell out early or it would depend on your sales?

Just got ours and had to queue, for the first time in ages! There has been steady business all morning, apparently.

We won't get a true picture until Monday next week when remaining St seats are released I'd imagine.

I was there at 10am, about a 15 minute wait, but it aleays baffles me why some people take so long to buy a ticket, I was at the counter for about a minute

It amazes me how many people still actually go to the ticket office to buy them! I know you must drive near the ground numerous times every day but plenty of people must go well out of their way to get down there.

I don’t go near the ground that often to be honest, it was only that my Lad needed a lift into town this morning, that I thought I’d may as well go down to the KM while I’m in town

Agreed. Would be a massive pain now without online ticketing.

And for the less tech savvy (and I suppose even more likely to face issues getting to the ground on 'normal' days for various reasons) among us, particularly thinking of older supporters, it's much easier to buy over the phone and collect than back in the day.

Well, for my part, I had to go into Donny this morning anyway so it was just another port of call, not out of my way at all.

agreed  about the phone being painless, the online is a pain if it won't let you reset your forgotten password tho,
