Not seen official team news but according to the sky sports score centre app it's:

Steer, Wabara, Jones, McCullough, Evina, Keegan, Wellens, Bennett, Forrester, Copps and Theo.

Bench apparently is Furman, McCombe, Marosi, Tyson, Wakefield, MDV, Whitehouse.

Confirmed

Doncaster Rovers
01 Steer
12 McCullough
22 Wabara
03 Evina
05 Jones
26 Coppinger
19 Wellens
10 Forrester
18 Keegan
23 Bennett
09 Robinson

Substitutes
04 Furman
06 McCombe
13 Marosi
14 Tyson
15 Wakefield
21 De Val
32 Whitehouse

Can't say it's a huge surprise, although Tyson might think himself a tad unlucky. Just wish we'd started with that XI against Oldham.

According to rovers player Evina had time to have a cup of tea before putting his boot through it, he was too busy dunking his hobnob instead of paying attention!

The defense is being shown up on a weekly basis. I guess Port Vale, Oldham etc were all "bloopers" as well. Like I said, nowhere near good enough, and the proof is there to see.

How are other teams able to build a squad to compete? We are led to believe the budget is big enough to compete. If that is the case, the fault must lie with Dickov for bringing in poor players.

If it was that straight forward the richest club in the league would win ever season and "the magic of the cup" wouldn't exist.

There are many factors that affect the season of a football club, all the club can do is deal with those under it's own control and cope with the results of those that are not.

There is a multitude of reasons for what happens over the course of a season.
One of the main ones is a shite manager. Hence why we are in this division

When we're shit at home, decent away and the board/management made comments saying were looking to get promoted then this definitely shouldn't be a game we get taken apart in. It should be a close game.

I understand what you're saying, I don't think that enough is enough yet, but I don't know when it will be.

We had extended dreadful runs under SO'D but somehow the odd good bit was taken as promise and hope for a better future.  People don't seem to take positives with Dickov as anything other than either skill by a player or luck.

I'm not sold on Dickov, but I'm also not keen to take a huge financial hit to get rid of him and go for a manager who is just as effective.

It's not about shop-windowing, it's about the club questioning whether they want to keep the player. Don't get me wrong, I'm not suggesting it's the case here but it's worth noting Rigoglioso and Coppinger were accused of doing it at previous clubs to help push through moves.

Whereas kicking the ball away when you've already been booked is a great service to your current team, isn't it?

I can agree with that,  Naith.  Suggesting Forrester is trying to engineer a move by getting himself red carded every week is just stretching things too far

It just seems a very stupid thing to be sent off for.

Is Forrester trying to engineer a move away - two sendings off in 3 games?

COYR

Oh aye,  everyone knows the best way to get yourself in the shop window is to get sent off every other game you play.  Most managers would kill for a player like that. They'll be queueing round the Keepmoat on Monday morning.

Can't defend. Not one shot on target. DICKOV OUT.

Stats say we had one.
Yeah just seen it. Still poor. DICKOV OUT.

Didn't see it, but if Dickov dived
, he must walk.
Especially after being the chosen one with JR

We played the best team in the league yes but we were in the championship last season. Yes players have left. But we still have players who should be better in this league.
We have proved in a majority of games this season we cannot defend, we have also shown we can not score enough goals or even have chances on target.
PD knew what he was facing today , he watched all the game last week. We have had two weeks to get the terrible performance out of our system yet PD says yet again we will be ready for Bristol City before the game. Afterwards he says:-
@drfc_official: PD: when you come to one of the best teams in the division you've got to get into the game.

So Paul why didn't we?
You pick the team, you signed the goal keeper, both full backs, you have given contracts to most if not all the central midfield plays and one attacking midfielder. Yet we can't get in the game.
Do we need better players if so the owners and CEO need to talk with you Paul and get them.
Do we need another manager to utilise the squad better again that's down to the owners and CEO.
Or are they all happy that we get a result now and again but try and sell a pie and a pint to make the supporters happy.
