Sorry guys for my absence in the last time. I tried to find a decent job here in Bucharest or in UK but I didn't had luck. Now I wait to see the responses from various companies.

That being said, I will be more active in this period.

Keep us updated - we're on one of the supporters club coaches stuck in traffic and little hope of getting there on time! Didn't help that the driver took a wrong turn and diverted down baker st/marylebone rd in rush hour! And he's making light of it blaming sat nav! Well, we're not laughing!  :suicide:

Good stop by Steer from McCormack by the sounds of it in first 30 secs.

(I'll refer to Ross as no 44 from now on)

I'd bring de Val and Forrester on at the break.
Subs sooner rather than later unless Dickov really thinks we're getting something very useful from this experience wise. Who's been our worst defender tonight? McCombe on for Wakefield/McCullough/Evina? De Val on for Wellens/Keegs? Forrester for Wellens/Keegs??

Title: Re: Fulham FC - TLO Doncaster
Post by: DonnyBazR0ver on September 23, 2014, 08:50:31 pm
I think PD will change it and may be take Keegan off with Forrester on with perhaps Furman dropping. They sound like their playing a high line so could be chances to get Forrester running beyond Tyson.
Title: Re: Fulham FC - TLO Doncaster
Post by: Donnyrovers on September 23, 2014, 08:55:44 pm
We need to sign a proper centre half we are crying out for one we can't rely on McCombe and Jones when both of them can't walk to shop without getting an injury and a leader at the back is going to develop the younger lads more. With the defence as young as it is tonight against a proven attack I can't see how we will stop them scoring a couple more in second half, he needs to bring McCombe on if he's fit just for some kind of leadership an experience at the back.

I'd get George Elokobi in from Oldham.  Loan deal made permanent in the transfer window.  He's a beast and Oldham can not be paying him a fortune.

I'm just surprised that Wellens is NOT leading/directing/encouraging our youngsters ; he should be doing this when the Corporal isn't around.
Why is he here this season, he is not acting like the seasoned pro ?. Put the foot on the ball and lead by example Richie ffs.

This game has gone now bring on De Val and Forrester on and just have a go.

He will be but you need a leader and the heart of the defence who can organise the younger lads and keep the shape at the back. Wellens can't do that when he's not sat in there looking across the line etc.

I think the idea is through balls, that's Dickovs ideal style. Could work if we can get it forward to say Copps quickly. There is a point we need De Val on. Oooooh! Nathan!

Not worried about result, we need to demonstrate some class here....

Leave Fulham fans to worry about the result - they're just a little brown around the pants at the mo. Would love it if we won, but attacking them senseless would be a satisfying second.

Fulham fans suggesting their team may be a bit tired from the excess training they're been subjected to. Unfit bunch apparently.

Does anyone feel Theo was given the pen as a confidence booster chance?

Who will have decided, did it come from the dug-out?

Great effort from us, need to see again on Saturday

Is Wellens holding us back?  Is he the new john Oster?

Could be a good thing though, that we're not doing an extra 30 minutes with ten men.

Good effort that.  Bad luck Rovers.  Next four games in the league are must wins.  Play with conviction and we will be back in the runnings for the playoffs.

Opportunity missed in more ways than one. We had all the the momentum, time on the clock. You don't hand the ball to a player out of sympathy, you hand it to the player who scored the last one emphatically.

Quite angry really and I shouldn't be. We've let them off the hook.

if we could have got level we would have won, we were all over them. so sad to sad say but the blame for not getting a draw or the win is dowin to theo.

if i was dickov  i would drop theo to bench and use any youth player if we cant get a loan player in until curtis main is back.

Not sure I get the criticism of Wellens, he and Copps are a class above in this division.

As for the penalty, yes I agree we had better takers but I can understand why Theo took it.  Would he get this reaction had the 'keeper guessed the other way, would he b*llocks!

We were the better side for 45-55 minutes last night.  Very encouraging performance, particularly going forward.  Not too worried about defensive issues against players who were mostly in the prem last year.
