Vicar yes it does. The FA cup is not listed in the permitted list and it states the FA are asking if there could be exemptions to allow these games to continue. I read that until such exemptions are granted the games cannot go ahead. Under the present rules, it's off

Where is this list? Where have the FA asked for exemptions? I can't find either...
have you read the article? It's at the bottom of the last paragraph on the small page and half way down the large page it says that these games would not be able to go ahead.

Yes, I read the article excerpt you posted. This is NOT an official statement issued by the FA is it? Again where is this 'list' you refer to? Please do not make out that newspaper articles are definitive statements - they are not.

The game is on, officially, so this thread really should just be deleted.

Complete misinformation from deebee regardless of the edit this morning to the OP.

Heard it advertised on the radio this morning too. With lock down in place we will probably get big viewing figures.

It would be better to delete the thread rather than you try to justify your OP, like pretending we all missed the exclamation mark that you added to the post this morning, the hole you have dug seems to be getting bigger

Kind of gives the game away when all of the replies before he changed it have the original title.

The big thing in that link is the fact with the TV money and if we win that will be £49k into the coffers

Agree Filo. We need to play our strongest team to try and ensure that we win. A good cup run this season is probably more important than at any other time in the past. We need the money - simple as!

Idd rest players for this game... there 4 divisions below us so even with changes we should win comfortably
Idd go with something like
Jones
Halliday
Butler
John
Amos
Smith
Gomes (if fit)
Copps
Williams
Lokilo
Okinbiri

This team should still “hammer them”... we’re playing virtually every Tuesday and Saturday, this is the ideal chance to give some of our key players a rest

Strongest team possible for me.....no quarter given. We need to get a bit of consistency.......another win tomorrow (hopefully!) and another on Saturday puts us in good stead.

£32500 and £16972 if we win, if you are also adding a round 2 losers money to it, that is unknown because the figure is not there

Why not Dave? We haven't seen enough of him to know how good he is.

All we know is that DM saw enough in him to sign him.

If we win, it will be a minimum of £57.5K and possibly £74k if we win in R2.
Even more if our second round tie is televised.
