week after week we see "these parallel world" reports on Rovers matches - is their budget really that low ? this report will be cut and pasted onto numerous sites

Report supplied by the Press Association

quote

"....................    And Mandeville turned provider again in the 90th minute when he slipped the ball to Marquis, who again beat Exeter goalkeeper James Hamon.
The win sees Darren Ferguson's side go third in the table, while Exeter are yet to win at home this season as the pressure on manager Paul Tisdale continues to grow.
Report supplied by the Press Association"

SO ROVERS GO THIRD !!! EXACTLY WHERE WERE THEY BEFORE THE MATCH

answers on a postcard to mastermind at the BBC

We disappeared to a 'football twilight zone' just like most reporters. Why are they doing the job if they are not that interested?. Or am i being too harsh and it was an error rushing to get it printed?.

That report also twice referred to our goalkeeper as "Mariso".

I get these things are done in a bit of a rush but it seems making sure facts are correct, names and other little things seems to have gone right out of the window.

The Free press has been terrible for errors for sometime. The BBC should be doing better people rely on the facts and names to be right.

Football reporting has always been riddled with mistakes. King Alick Jeffrey had his name spelled wrongly so often that it was an insult, especially considering he was the finest English player of his generation.
