Title: Foundation Fitness at the Keepmoat

I saw recently Club Doncaster have taken the keepmoat gym on (was it council before)?

Anyway has anyone been yet, is it any good please?

It was council and was poor. The equipment was not great and I only went to it as it was over the road from where I worked at the time. The Dome is much better as long as you don’t go at the busy times. Didn’t know Club Doncaster had taken it over though although I suppose it will be cheaper than Nuffield!

Save yourself the money if you want to get fit ,look for the American Marine 'Iron wolf ' on you tube.
