The Donny way.

1) Give managers time.
2) Don't throw ungodly amounts of money at it.
3) Welcoming to new players.
4) Pub team mentality (pissing off 'big' teams since circa 2003)
5) Stay proud and loyal to your local team.

What happens will happen, whoever manages the side will manage it I will always support the badge on the shirt.
