On Radio Sheffield they are saying it will feel like a loss...

No it won't, I'm quite happy with that and I'd have been quite happy with that result before we kicked off.

I'd have taken that before the game. Does this mean we can compete with ex-premiership big boys now?

A bit disappointing for the lads in the end but make no mistake that was one hell of a result. Well done Rovers. Sounded a great game.  :scarf:

Wellens going off sounded like it cost us a bit.

Early days but we don't seem to have much to fear. Blackpool looked average despite beating us and they've picked up a few points too since playing us.

Well, if you'd offered me a 2-2 draw at kick off I'd have asked you why you thought I needed storage space specifically for ballet outfits

Having been 2-0 up I feel a tad disappointed even though I would have taken a draw before kick off.But...... How good is it to feel disappointed at an away draw at Wigan!

It's disappointing not to win from 2-0, but you've got to proud of the lads for that performance.

If we can keep performing like that against teams like Blackburn and Wigan, and have a little luck (for once) on the injury front, we've little to fear this season.

Well done lads!

It's a great result. Still, when you get that close its always disappointing when we don't quite make it over the line. Husband sounded like he had a fantastic game. Agree that wellens going off didn't sound like it helped but sounded like everyone put a right shift in again.

Well done lads

10 pages of posts on here tonight - not bad seeing that there were 1400 supporters enjoying(?) themselves on the wrong side of the Pennines!

There'll be a number of promotion contenders who will be delighted with a point at Wigan.

We can't bemoan the width of the woodwork can we? I'm sure the lads will learn a lot from that and let's hope they take the same hard working attitude down to Charlton. I hope Wellens will be ok.
