Lokilo looking lively, steady first half by rovers

Good half. We're having more possession & playing good football, they look dangerous on the counter but also putting a few passes astray, hopefully we can frustrate them as the game goes on.
Lokilo having a much better game, putting their left back under some pressure & a couple of decent crosses too, Copps showing his class again apart from an odd mis placed pass.
Fair scoreline, hopefully we can push on.

Can't speak with any certainty about motivation of teams, but in cold financial terms, that could be a good point.

2 goals conceded by poor defending. Fejiri apart from scoring the penalty did nothing. Williams invisible. Ravenhill did ok for his first game and Lokilo played well otherwise was a bit like watching a friendly

They dont. 7 of the 16 u21 sides advanced past the Group Stage last season, many as group winners, and the only team to get thrashed in the competition tonight was Southend, the worst team in the EFL.
Both of Wolves goals tonight were scored by a 35 million pound striker as well. But by all means have a pop at the club over a competition with literally no credibility in which we fielded an experimental side to get fitness up for fringe players.
