Match day tickets

Wondering if anyone can help, My grandad is wanting to get a ticket for the weekend, I've read before on the club website that tickets purchased online are £2 cheaper than buying from the ticket office, is this correct? or is the increase just for match days?

I can't access the 'full pricing structure for the game' link on DROS as I'm at work and its blocking the page with a silly error message.

My grandad isn't very computer savvy so can't ask him, and normally he just goes into the ticket office on the thursday/friday before a game.
