Bravo! That 100%?

It is indeed! Without wanting to sound like a big head i've not missed a game since gillingham away 6th of december 2005. I'm sure theres plenty of people on here though that blow my attendance out of the water.

Jucyberry, out of interest does your other half commentate for the entire game on the phone or is it more a case of pre-match/half-time/full-time updates?

Well Nick, he sits near a most vocal chap... Who I have to say has a very impressive vocabulary...I never relised there was such a huge choice in descriptive expletives...lol..

For the past five years come August I have enjoyed the walk past and comments to Rigo, the dulcet tones of the lovely Tracie in the club shop, the sound of his presenting his season ticket at the gate and then the dreadful sound of the (over the phone at least) tinny sound of the music followed by in the last few years the drone of Mr shouty man on the mic....

Once the game starts bless him  the fella gets absorbed in the game, but he does answer my, whats happening now questions..lol... Altho I do have to wait for the sound to die down before geting a proper report as the sounds distorts over the phone..

I do love the noise tho, the drum, when it is in full voice sounds wonderful, I love the chants and singing, I read he lucky pint but don't listen to the game on line because I want to hear it from the perspective of the stands, not a man in the box ....

If and when we are in the lead with tens of minuets to go i don't say anything tho because the fella is concerntrating so hard,
 A, I don't want to disturb him,
and B, he wouldn't hear me anyway..lol

Then I get a synopsis at half time, followed by a full update as he walks back...

It's the closest I can get to being there, even tho I would not be able to afford to come up I am still sharing the game with him..It's just my match day experience is slightly different from most peoples..

I started a new job about 3 week before that game and couldn't put any holiday days in for it. I think i went about 3 years before that game without missing a game so its a bit of a blot on my record and a sore talking point haha.
