With a potential cup final looming in the League cup, possibly another in the JPT and well placed for promotion, can't see him accepting any job over the next month or two.

Over rated because of Bradford's current cup run. Blackpool (and ourselves) could do a hell of a lot better than him.

Bit harsh, he got Colchester promoted to the Championship. Yes not a very good record since then (until the season) but maybe he has learnt a bit as well.

Not just the cup run either this year, they're doing excellent in the league

I disagree. I think that excellent is a bit of an overstatement considering that they're 8th in the league. We could do a lot worse; we could do a lot better.

Good cup runs can often affect your league form yet they are only 3 points from automatic promotion so I would say you'd be demanding a lot to ask for any more from a side at this stage of the season.

Especially where they've been finishing over last few years.
