I'm surprised he hasn't been mentioned more. When it looked like we were losing O'Driscoll to Burnley, I hoped that Tisdale would come in as a replacement so I'd be very happy if he was picked out now.

Done a very respectable job at Exeter on a limited budget.

Massive fan of Tisdale - but I'm not sure the players we have would suit his style of play.
