Most definatly...it was almost definatly before, but you can tell by the dialect. Obviously hes got a voice-changer on it, but its definatly the way he speaks

Obviously? Funny, when I was listening to it being broadcast they said it was re-voiced by an actor...if it's definitely Kitson talking then he's The Secret Actor...

The presenter has since said it was recorded then dubbed over after. No actors.
