15' GOAL: #Notts 1-0 Doncaster
Kristian Dennis grabs his first goal at Meadow Lane! Patching's corner comes into the box, Duffy heads it across goal, Boldwijn sends it back the way it came and Dennis nods home from inside the six-yard box!

They go above us on Goal difference .
-
Doesn't that mean a fine for us?
Nope. I think it's something like 4 players from a choice of played last game, play in the next game or played a percentage of our games this season.
-
Tom Anderson is f**king shit. Dunno what's happened over the summer to him!
-
Denny Amos apparently is playing well
-
allie Crawford missed a sitter a lot of life in this match expect 2-2
-
Reading the tweets from the game we can’t finish and we have conceded two goals
-
Tom Anderson is f**king shit. Dunno what's happened over the summer to him!
Both Centrehalves go wide and both full backs are going further forward. Unfortunately he’s not got the pace for that role.
-
3-0
-
3-0. Anderson headed it straight to their player who crossed in for Dennis to head past lawlor
This is poor
-
3-0 stupid goalkeeper
-
40' Dennis flicks home a header to put Notts 3-0 up #DRFC #NOTDON
40' GOAL: #Notts 3-0 Doncaster
Milsom's free-kick is headed clear but he whips another ball in and Dennis heads home through Lawlor in the Doncaster goal!
COYR
-
Sacked in the morning?
-
allie Crawford missed a sitter a lot of life in this match expect 2-2
It's quite credible to think we can still score 2 or more goals in this match, but what makes you think we won't concede any more?. At the moment a team only have to attack us to score.
We just don't have one single fully fit defender who's on form just now.
-
This is outstanding!!
-
Sacked in the morning?
Don’t be silly
-
Late in - how's it going...?
-
another three goals conceded are these players good enough for league 2 is the manager and his staff getting the best out of the players.
The wheels are definitely coming off our season.

3-0 stupid goalkeeper
What happened CLH.

The f—king manager did he wanted to get to the final. He must now be realising the squad he said was good enough for a top six finish in August is not. Need players in January and the problems is players who are out of contract are showing the manager they are not good enough.
It’s also showing some supporters that our second string are not good enough to go on loan to League 2 Notts County now Mansfield first team in a development game.

Surely that isn't a problem - maybe part of the solution....?
-
Are any of the defence playing well? Cummings?
-
Well, that was about as disastrous a half as Rovers could have imagined as they head to the dressing room with a three goal deficit.
In a game where they could afford to lose by the odd goal, they have somehow conspired to give themselves a mountain to climb - chiefly down to awfully flat-footed defending.
Caught out from crosses into the box but also balls forward, they have been ripped apart by a team
Some of the attacking play has been pretty decent but, as has become the theme recently, the final shot has let Rovers down.
Two goals gets Rovers back into the competition - provided they don't concede any more.
According to Liam Holden, DFP.
In case you havn't guessed it already, I have lost all faith in this management team. I think we havn't reached the bottom of the hole yet, either. Lose on Saturday and there will be major rumblings.

PDX, I've been thinking about you living in California. Are you and your family OK and clear of danger?.

It's quiet simple in my eyes and that's is
Until our manager realises you can't go gung ho with our players and his tactics I can't see where we are going to get our next point from. There's a reason we played like we did last season and that's because it kept us up!
McCann needs to realise this quickly as I can't see him getting past Xmas if not. Our club may be very good at giving mangers a chance but if we look like we are at risk or relegation even our board can see how bad that would be for the club and its reputation

Game on

Sorry Adam

70' GOAL: #Notts 4-2 Doncaster
May gets his second with a back-post header that deflects off Dan Jones en route to goal.
70' Alfie May pulls another one back for Rovers. Mallik Wilks does brilliantly to create space and crosses for May to head home. 4-2 #DRFC #NOTDON

I can imagine that if we go behind in the game on Saturday that there will be some supporters who start booing the team.

Nobody's laughing!

It’s a massive game Saturday
Win and we’re still looking good and it’s still been a very good start to the season. Lose and it’s looking bleak

I'm in the Legends' Club hospitality on Saturday , my fourth time and i'm yet to see us win... the omens aren't good i'm afraid.
-
Not just one game, losing at home to the worst side in the league will just magnify everything that’s occurred these last few weeks.
Win and a lot of it will be forgotten

Oh, for heaven’s sake, you’re not serious, are you?..............eh?
-
I don't think it's 1 game. I would say the ridiculous recruitment period insisted on by the club and McCann over gestation of the squad ability is why we are where we are. He, like DF did needs to adapt along with his tactics too. If he does not do that then we'll............ps I was not a massive fan of DF but he had a way of getting most players to do there job well
-
Over estimation that should he

Why would I not be serious?
We’ve won 1 league game out of 8, drawn with a non league side with ten men, lost to the side 3rd bottom in league 2.
And if lose on sat it will be Wimbledon’s first points in 8 games

In the last 10 years Notts County have knocked us out of the FA cup, League Cup, JPT , and the Checkatrade Trophy. Proper bogie team.

oh well - at least we're still in the league.......
-
McCann needed to see if the players could adapt to his style, some can't so he needs to get rid of them. Some people are being ridiculously bleak though, imagine wanting SOD out 4 months after he took over. We never would have saw that team in the Championship.

Funny you should mention that , 3 seasons a go we lost to York City in the JPT .
That season they were relegated from L2 and we were relegated from L1, lets hope things don't replicate themselves this year.

We owe them a hammering then.
Hope we don’t end up doing it next season though.

Thing is, plenty of people did want sod out
-
Not even worth comparing the two occasions. At least SOD had methods and organisation and the team were, by and large, playing good football. We were not getting beaten by 3rd bottom of div 2 and only managing a draw against a 10 man non-league side. And I don't recall any Charlton-esque performances from that side.
We're a third of the way into the season now, which is long enough to have worked on, and ironed out, any defensive frailties. Instead, we seem to be getting worse at defending and worse at finishing. No light at the end of the tunnel yet and waiting for January to come around seems to be most people's idea of how everything will be hunky-dory!
This manager was supposed to be getting more out of these players (a criticism levelled at DF) and, for a short time it looked like those people were onto something, but what has happened over these last 8/9 games? Thank God for Kane is all I can think of - and if he goes back to Liverpool..........

What did it matter anyway, it was not a first team game.
I don’t understand why people got hot under the collar about results in that competition.
