I would say yes, given the average squad and budget. A manager still feeling his way in the game.

I think the team definitely need some help with how to defend set pieces.

When I read shit like this from you and others of similar vein I think that if I were TB reading it then I'd be seriously questioning why I bother putting anything into Rovers at all.
