Campsall, I think you might be missing the point mate.
The PvO thread is a competition based on what fans think the outcome of a game might be, not what they want it to be.

I always vote lose so I'm happy if we win but get a little something if we Lose. I have missed voting twice when we have lost though.

The PvO is just a bit of fun primarily, however, it's not as easy as it seems to get a prediction right even with only 3 choices. As Donnywolf said, it just shows how hard it is to win the Super 6 jackpot where you have to get SIX CORRECT SCORES, in comparison to the PvO where you just have to get ONE RESULT right, especially when you consider the PvO league leaders have only been 50% correct so far!

 The PvO is probably best described thus:

 Anyone showing pessimism is considered a pillock by the optimists, and anyone showing optimism is considered an Ostrich by the pessimists. The pessimists are stupid and the optimists have their heads buried in the sand.

The PvO competition measures your level of REALISM.

Same thing isn’t it. Well it depends how you look at it.
For me it’s about believing in your team.
Anyway not important. It’s just about thinking positive which is my mantra in life.
So i predict a win every match hound.

I do realise some people predict lose because they think it will then increase their chances of being wrong.

It was just an observation that there was an above average number of lose predictions on this match.
