The ref was poor, we should have had a pen, they should have had No20 sent off, Keeper throwing bottle etc. Ultimately they had a game plan and it worked. Hats off to them.

It is what it is. Its gone.

Let's hope for an announcement on signing Molly and Biggo in the next couple days and crack on with the plan for next season.

11th November 1975 - Rovers beat Hull City 2-1 at Belle Vue to reach the Quarter-Finals of the League Cup for the first time. Peter Kitchen and Ray Ternent scored in a match watched by a crowd of 25,702.

Under a heading of “More than 140 years of history”.

Hull was 4th round of the League Cup. Rovers won 2-1 on November 11th 1975.
