After struggling to get any assistance or information from ifollow I have demanded my subscription be cancelled and a return of my money. I really wanted this to work as it could have been the answer to the lack of coverage for overseas based fans, but after a series of frustrating episodes I finally spit the dummy. The camera work was lousy, ifollow finally contacted me and blamed DR saying the club does the camera work, but they don't give you any info on what to expect. You don't get any games (in UK) that are televised no cup games or finals. ]

iFollow are simply the sharks who have the contract to sell the service. They do NOTHING, accept no responsibility. They are a shambles. I'm not renewing.
