I used to frequent this when it first opened - does it still exist?

I think it was an informal deal Andy Liney sorted out with the Icebreaker bar to use their back room.

The VSC bar is now effectively the Belle Vue Bar (seeing as the name came from on here), plus the profits go into the club coffers.

Thanks Rob, appreciate the response.

I remember Andy going to great lengths to find us a place to have a pre-match beer when he was getting frustrated with the SMC back-tracking on their promises when we first moved into the KMS.

Now things are different at the KM I've started to use the Belle Vue Bar, knowing that the proceeds are helping the Rovers.

I only asked about the Dome because tomorrow, for the first time ever, I'm hoping to bring my 6-year-old daughter to the Rovers. So I'm trying to think of somewhere I could take her before the match where I can have a beer and she can entertain herself.

Not living in Donny I don't know where to go. They have a play area at the Dome don't they?

Neil,
The Cheswold on the lakeside is a decent pub and is child friendly with an internal and external kids play area.
