  Who fouled who there then, Marosi looked completely unaware of the Rotherham player coming from the blind side and was trying to play the ball.
   If the Rotherham player was also trying to play the ball  he was a long way off it.

Can't have any complaints with the officiating. They were fine for the most part, apart from a couple of weird throw in / non throw in decisions by the dopey linesman on the dugout side.

What we can look at is why we spent the entirety of injury time camped in our own half, with only a hoof to get out and no outball.

I've played it back several times and it's difficult to decide who gets the touch to the ball.  The ref is in a great position and gives it straight away without hesitation.  It's the sort of penalty that you want for your team and virtually the whole ground is appealing. 
The issues for Rovers are that Wright hasn't learnt from his calamity against Walsall at home and should have hoofed the ball into the stand.  I can't see from the footage what he was trying to do?  There was no positive to trying to control the ball in that situation.   Secondly, Marosi should not have been chasing the ball when the player was going away from goal.  Two poor errors of judgement has cost us a point.

Watch this vid a few times at 23:02, high quality, on full screen and at 0.25 speed. It's clear their player gets his toe to the ball and Marosi is tending to lean into him and brings him down. It's a pen.

I disagree on both, but neither matter if he fouled him. He may even have been looking for the foul but Marko delivered it on a plate. Wright seems to tell Marosi something with some pointing - tells him to get it?

He may not know he's coming but that don't mean it's not a foul.
Marosi should've just ushered him away and the ref would've blown.
But i think wright is far more culpable than marosi
