If it's true and he turned down a contract because of money I wonder how he was feeling today... :crying:

Surely if you are a footballer you want to be playing? More importantly he's probably missed the opportunity to win a championship and promotion. I for one couldn't imagine been a part of this squad and not loving it, you can tell from the likes of Humey and Browny that there is a great feeling.

Oh well, listen to your agent just as Andy Watson, Theo Street and Tristram Whitman    did.

 :rtid:

He's at Alfreton Town, although if you to look in any reference book he's also under the meaning of 'Swung a Foot at It' with a picture of him scoring that last goal at BV.

Doesnae matter,
Swung a foot at it or not - the record books'll say he's te lucky owner of the last goal at OBV!

And a cracker (if somewhat fortuitous) it was!

Shows to me a total lack of intelligence, why can't they think for themselves.........hmmm on 2nd thoughts no need to answer that one.

Hoola:
Agreed -
Why the fcuk can't these prima-donnas think for themselves - sounds easy enough!
CLUB A: "You're decent - nowt special but decent - how about we give you £1000 per week with an appearance, win and goal bonus?"
 PLAYER: "Ok sounds good!"
CLUB B: Yeah but you're ace - why don't we give you two years at £2000 per week Apearance and win bonus included!"
PLAYER: "Yeah that's wicked man - cheers!"

NO BRAINER!
Twonks - all of em! LOL
