Copps over to you. Got to be brave and make the difficult decision. Well it’s not a pleasant thing. But it’s not a difficult decision, as it’s one that has to be made to save this season from turning out to be very embarrasing.

Personally i think anybody who called the guy for wanting us to lose on RS are very stupid. We all want DRFC to do well but,  this guy has to go. And whilst he is our manager we will always be shocking. For the good of the club i wanted todays performance. Get him gone.

You can’t slag the players off in public and expect them to respond positively.
His man management seems to be lacking.
Sure he is a nice guy but is just not up to this management thing.
He gave it a go and sure he has given it 100% but it’s now the end of the road and he must know it.
Should do the decent thing and resign but is probably holding out for his compensation.
Surely some compromise should be reached. Offer him a major role on the youth set up if he is happy to take that role again.
