Billy Russell had a brilliant record as youth coach at Hull.
Won the league most years and brought lots of players through to the first team.
He's been caretaker at Hull and done well.
I know one of the players from that time and he said he was a really excellent coach.
Not saying he'd be my choice but I'd back him all the way if he got it.

Well he wasn't ahead of the curve the last several times we've had a managerial vacancy with this one, so Dickos makes a good point.
