Has anyone used this yet if they haven't been able to make the game? If so, how do you go about it

I did for the Portsmouth game, i just emailed ticket office 48 hours before game.

They must have sold my seat as the regulars around me said someone was sat there.

I assume the credit is taken off next season's ticket price.

I wasn't aware of this.

So, for example if couldn't make the game tomorrow against Cambridge, or any other home league game, then i can contact the ticket office and they will refund that part of the ST money against the cost of next seasons ST?

Thanks

I've emailed the ticket office and they've confirmed that it gets knocked off next season.

Yes have to give 24 hours notice

You get 50% of the cost per game price back and can use 4 times a season.

How many times per season can you do this?

Four.

I had stupidly assumed that they would check whether you'd attended the game (using barcode) and then if you hadn't you could claim it back but you have to give 24 hours notice so they can block the barcode from being used (and potentially resell your ticket)

I've already missed 2 games that have just fallen by the wayside

So 6.50 a game is taken off basically. Mine was 299 south stand.

It was a decision made months ago when we were discussing season tickets and the impact Covid could have on sales. At the time we had no idea what the season would look like.

So, doing this was to give supporters some degree of comfort that if they contracted Covid and had to miss a few games they would see some recompense for that.

If he paid £299, then £6.50 is correct.

Sorry, I didn’t realise it was 50%. My mistake.
