Respect on this forum

Is it just me or is there a lack of respect from some posters on this forum towards others?

All too often, instead of a good, healthy debate where one argument put forward is reciprocated with a strong argument from someone with the opposite opinion, some posters seem to go down the lines of personal insults, needless swearing, petty digs and basically trying to get one up on others.

Considering we're a diverse bunch of all ages and backgrounds, etc, and we're all meant to support the same club, why can't we show more respect to each other?

Agreed - I usually post Hear Hear when I see here here but better not on this occasion !

I let Ledger Way pass unchallenged the other day as well AND gave a Ref 4 last week. I'm doomed !
