Abysmal. Simply cannot carry on like this. Nailed on relegation.

He should be he won’t. Remember dickov, Fergie. All descended into the abyss with nothing done about it. The board seem happy to stick back and watch which to me is the worrying thing

I think he can get us relegation and would stay. Not the right call like but you can see it happening. And if we carry on like this the fan base will be so fed up by then.

When we got relegated with Fergie he at least had a lot of experience where you could say this is the man for a rebuild. Wellens was good with Swindon who had Eoin Doyle and Keshi Anderson I.e. a very good squad at the level

Good thing we didn't sack Ferguson, he built us a decent League One team with sellable assets.

It’s not good but you’ve got to give him more than 9 games

Look at our signings this summer. Do you back Wellens to do what Fergie did? I don’t think I would. Give him 5 more games IMO. But let’s start looking at what managers are out there instead of the protracted interviews. Sack him one day appoint someone the next

I would normally agree with you but in the 12 competitive games he has been in charge I have seen little or no improvement in the team performances or any tactical knowledge from RW. He is totally out of his depth just like Butler was. What we need at this moment on time is an experienced Manager who knows League One inside and out. Whether that person is out there and available is another thing.

He won't be sacked any time soon.

It doesn’t make a huge difference I think about being an experienced manager at this level. Plenty of first time appointees or lower league managers have done well at this level. The more important point is that we are getting worse rather than better, and we are getting more players back fit. It’s terrible because there is no fight, no structure and no tactics. Nobody has a clue what style Wellens is trying to play. A load of lads running around for a knock about. It is no more than that.
