Squad Shirt Numbers

Just watched highlites of our Derby game and noticed the shirt numbering has altered for example Copps wearing number 12 - is this usual as used to seeing Copps in his familiar 26? :rtid:

They weren't wearing their squad numbers. They will go back to them when the season starts.

Thanks for that Gaz - didn't realise that was the reason just thought they wore the same squad number shirt whatever formal fixture they played.

anyhow it tricked the derby commentators into calling copps butler

shame they called rovers Kidderminster twice
