Has to go at the end of the season for me. Last season we were relegated from a position where we appeared safe. This season we get into the play off places and then experience another collapse in form. We need to look elsewhere.

Last season, this season, he seems to have a real and genuine problem motivating his players.

Last season. Totally different group of players. Couldn't be arsed to fight and stay up from a very promising position.

This season. Totally different group of players. No fight, backbone or desire. Whenever pressure is applied, they crumble.

Look at last night. This does not strike you in any way, shape or form as a group of players who are anything approaching a team. Barely any talking between them, no leadership, just eleven mute individuals running/walking around the pitch.

We do not have a 'team' to speak of in any recognisable form. Very concerning.

I just don't enjoy watching rovers with him in charge and cannot see any evidence on planning for the future based on how few chances he gives to the youth players

Time to blood them now that the season is over and to get someone in who has more tactile knowledge than a tortoise

OK, so we're not going to make the playoffs.  There are enough games left this season to get a 'good' manager in - someone who knows what he's doing. 
 
Use those games, plus training sessions, to evaluate what we've got, (Youth and Experienced players alike). 
 
Then, at the end of the season, keep the wheat, get rid of the chaf, sign/loan the necessary quality; and use the summer to build a TEAM capable of automatic promotion next season.
 
Common sense really.
 
All subject to there being no stupid takeover from JR of course.

What are the good points ?

How long do you give someone.. 2 seasons, thats nearly been and gone.

 How many runs have we strung together in two seasons.

He has I guess improved in last season.

We lost 53% of all games played last season.

So far this season we have lost 35% of all games played.

Obviously both figures include some of the lower league teams we faced in various cups.

We are of course playing in much less competitive league this season though - even if we are making a hash of it.

I don't seem to remember a huge amount of people calling for SODs head...infant I think the majority still wanted him as manager when he was sacked. Will the board step up the plate and start listening to the fans?

Just looking at the Bradford aftermath in the Press and I'm surprised to see Dickov slating the whole team. Has he ever done that before?

Please correct me if I'm wrong but I'm sure this is new and could spell a turn in the atmosphere. However, if we win on Tuesday and next week then we're potentially right back in the mix. Lose and I think PD will be shown the exit.

I don't like a lot of things about Dickov but thats one of the things I hate. What difference does he think it makes? Maybe barking at your players might make more of a difference Paul.
