It's a matter of interpretation isn't it, you changed what you said from "by Monday" to "before Monday"

I cant believe that the complications of a contract negotiation and some people are squabbling over a day. I cant understand it , just have a bit of patience. I'm in no doubt more will come in over the next few weeks.

I was starting to get a bit worried around a week ago but now I'm well happy with what is coming together and the plan going forward.

I haven't changed what I said what so ever! I said we won't of signed anyone by the time Monday comes I.e over the weekend, and we hadn't, you're in the wrong everyone knows you won't admit it but you are.

But Monday came, and at present is still here.  And we have signed someone. So when we look back, by Monday, we had in fact signed someone.

Maybe in future, people should predict exact times, just so some of us don't get all upset eh?
