new pub opened today on wheatley hall road
« on August 05, 2013, 03:32:17 pm by adge »
called in at lunch to have a look.
around 100 people doing the same , nearly everone sampling the carvery lunch.
I couldn't help but compare it to the catering arrangements on Saturday at the keepmoat.
full carvery cost £3.99 [ small ] , £5.99 . looked top quality but the part I noticed was the quality of service , which was top notch , all from clearly young staff that were all very new to the job but impressed me
the lad who served me my real ale was serving his first ever pint which was a bit beyond him but with encouragement got it right the second time and came over as a nice lad
I just wonder where the keepmoat get there staff from ?
