Former Rovers youth player Aaron Jones

Aaron started his professional playing career for Hawkes Bay United last weekend and was awarded with the man of the match in a 2 - 0  victory over Waikato in the NZ ASB Premiership, He will come up against another former Rovers player in Dave Mulligan when they play Waitakere United on Dec 2nd.

Just to add to that, another man of the match picked up today in their 4 - 2 win over YoungHeart Manawatu

i think the team/squad we had was a bit too good for the young ones then RR, but at least it shows that some of them have a future in the game.
