We're certainly back to a feeling of gloom around the club.

Are we?

That was quick wasn’t it!

Would you mind if I excluded myself from the “feeling of gloom”?

Being bottom of the EFL, and being humiliated 0-4 by a mediocre team doesn't make you feel gloomy?

My happy pills obviously aren't strong enough. LOL.

OK then, a bit of happier perspective. Hull are thrashing the Owls 4-1, which makes us look a bit better.

90 + 3⏱️ | A bit of a scramble in the Rovers box as the ball bounces around but it's eventually cleared by Tom Anderson.

4-0

I’m absolutely dreading this, can’t stand Mansfield, and can see it being humiliating  :suicide:

How much are they being fined for not turning up today, losing money might start to sharpen up a few minds in the squad. Encouragement is not working!

at the start of the season if we were offered after 2 games to have the same number of points as Stockport and one less than Wrexham plus Wood to score his first goal in Division 2 ... we would take that ......

How are Ironside and Faal looking today? I’d save Miller for his pressing against teams who like to play out from the back.

Deji got a card for rightly pointing out how many cards the ref has handed to us for barely much, and he had no intention of booking their player for a very cynical foul…

It’s not been our day at all, not to say we are unlucky here, we’ve been battered, we have no answers to anything, it’s hard to pin point the reason, I still think we are a bit light in midfield, and without our (what I thought would be ) first choice right and left back, not sure why we are not playing them.
I don’t remember broadbents name mentioned all game, Bailey is ok, but needs to be in his position.

Just frustrating, you poor sods who travelled I hope you get a free ticket to another game.

FULL TIME | Goals from Seb Palmer-Houlden, Will Evans and a Richard Wood own goal sees the hosts take the points at Rodney Parade.

A tough day at the office for Rovers, thank you for your support this afternoon.

4-0

Well wasn’t expecting that!

On to Tuesday

Onwards and upwards.

Watch out for the doom mongers on here!

I’m not skipping around with a smile on my face right now, but I’m not gloomy because I have faith and belief in the Management team to get it right.
And being bottom of the EFL after the grand total of two games - seriously?

Anyway, I don’t wish to engage in a debate with you SS.
Long-standing supporters like you will hopefully see the bigger picture once the disappointment of today is behind us.

A really bad day at the office. Where do we go from here? Very tough test to follow next Tuesday against a really strong Mansfield Town

Our only hope is that because we're so crap at the moment, the Mansfield players think they've only got to turn up, and come unstuck.

It's been truly depressing supporting this club for the past few years.

Today is extremely deflating, and I don't hold much hope for the next few fixtures based on what's happened so far.

I still think McCann's the man and we'll improve in time, but getting hammered by one of the supposed worst teams in the fourth division is utterly demoralising.

I'd definitely take that. Hope you're right.
