Genuine question, is the show any better these days with Fiona Bruce still presenting, i had to stop watching when she first took over as the program had descended into some weird BBC trying to be balanced to all points but becoming even more scripted and consequently, an awful watch.

Plenty of people who have defended Lineker have pointed to her obvious Tory bias on QT.
There's no doubt she's a Tory voter, but to be fair to her she's been pretty even handed on the show recently.
Despite this I still think she was a poor choice for it.
Still it could have been Kuennesberg, so small mercies eh.
Edit... Though she did give far too much air time to that total fraud Jenrick last night. Christ that bloke can talk

I don't watch QT but any of you who do is it true that she excused Johnsons Dad putting his wife in hospital with a broken nose as just being a one off incident? Wonder how many times she didn't need hospital treatment after he beat her up

That's half true but the context doesn't make it much better. She interrupted to put forward a story from Johnson's dad's friends that it was a "one off".

His ex wife has always maintained that it wasn't a one off, which Bruce didn't mention.
