Penney to Hibs ?

Reported in today's Daily Record up here in Scotland , possible ' shock ' move of Dave Penney to take over as Hibernian manager following the departure of John Hughes .
Tough job as I see it , trying to challenge for honours in a League dominated by the Glasgow clubs .
Got some good players at Easter Road though

Was thinking the other day that he needs to get back in the game soon as things didn't work too well at Oldham, and he won't want to be labelled as a \"one club wonder\". I know he did ok at Darlo but given their financial issues since you have to wonder how much money they were throwing at it.

hope he does, Been watching Hibs for years and the players up there would suit his style of play. Won't ever win the league up there with Hibs but beat the teams from Glasgow every now and then and Hearts regularly and he'll end up at Rangers or Celtic. Good Luck to him!
