Only a week since we lost one that was given by Ref and was awaiting taking when he (the Ref) suddenly decided to consult the Lino and between them and I have heard the 4th Official - the Hand ball was credited to Tommy Rowe

Look on the Oldham forumand they are all adament it was n’t a pen, some even saying his arm went up because he bumped into another player. Not sure what they’re seeing there, he clearly led with his arm

Should say Whiteman 87 Penalty. But had to fight off several Oldham Players clearly trying gamesmanship - fetch the ball back where it had been booted off the spot - and the attentions of the Keeper

It could easily have been a penalty before the handball Clarke pulls Marquis back towards the goal line when the corner comes, clear as day on the highlights

VAR is just a load of tosh . It’s about 22 players a ball not about 22 players and a camera . What does it matter that the man in middle gets it wrong , players today play for the crowd and it’s the entertainment of the closeness of the match not about shutter speeds and focus . If VAR is launched we may as well play it  on FIFA 19 . I’m happy We got a lineman’s decision and not a fake ref , at least he gave what HE saw not a 5 min reprisal of film footages from a dozen angles .
