Hearing it's already been sold out. Surely not? It's been blanked out on the ticket site since the match went up on there.
How many tickets have season ticket holders been able to buy?

I'm going down this morning hoping to get a ticket in there and also pick up my sons tickets for him.

All of recorded human history is a geopolitical game, so good luck putting a stop to that.

Long term, we’d be more out of pocket living in a geopolitically unstable world where our enemies get to take the p*ss. (Sorry just remembered you said Russian expansionism is a conspiracy theory silly me!)

Besides, this is also about standing up for what is right. Not just the money spent, which really is a drop in the ocean.

If Ukraine is a pawn as you say. What are their true desires and what choices would they make if they were free of so called US-control?
Exactly, the history of geoplitical gaming, big boy mafiosa, bulies, has been forever, and will be forever, but I don't condone that, I don't choose one bully as better than any other. You appear to think that is the way to go - "our enemies". ie you are identifying with your patron bully.

"Standing up for what is right" - sounds good.

I'd guess that Ukraine would naturally make the most of playing off both sides of it's territory bordering empires. Benefitting both ways. That's how it has been, before the west pushed too hard. That wasn't in Ukraine's interest, evidently.

If the ruling classes in the West and Russia are both bullies who are just as bad as each other then does the average westerner have more rights and a better life?

We won't even sell this out. Another 2500 aren't going to turn up on the barrow game. It's on sky as well. Now this silly rule as well. Give Crewe the full North stand.

See the other thread - PURCHASE HISTORY -
but basically I went fo the ground today to register family that I usually buy tickets for. I was flatly told no purchase history no ticket for Crewe at home. They didnt say I could buy any extra, cos obviously I have purchase history. They would unfortunately have to miss out. My grandson is greatly disappointed. But not only that, if no new supporters can buy, it seems like a bit of an own goal. I don’t think it will be a sell out now, but who knows. I could be wrong

This is so wrong on every level imaginable! Why on gods earth are these decisions being made? These decisions hinder the growth of our fan base and the club as a whole when we prevent new fans from attending.

Just read those words from the testimony above! "My Grandson is greatly disappointed" utterly indefensible. Heads should Role!!

Read it here first, 4th tier football club doesn't want to grow it fanbase!

Funny how these "new supporters" want to come along now and not after the Morecambe home game. Are these the same fans who filled the ground at the Everton game to then sling their hook 3 days after against Swindon? Yeah, the club are pathetic. Give your head a wobble!

Have you honestly got a problem with people of the town attending their first ever game? You had your first ever game once upon a time!

Not at all. I am all for it. But, those who have gone through the sh!t times deserve entrance to the game more than first timers.

We all had to be first at some point.
