Well guys I havent done an away game since I lost my boy, I hadnt really been until this season as it was just to painful it was "our thing" my younger son started taking an interest, and this season is the 1st season Ive really attended, although I have had to leave early a few times, tried to explain to my younger son but he doesnt understand.. my lads been wanting to do an away game but I was dubious he would like the atmosphere noise etc...but he is absolutely a Rover and has loved the recent atmosphere at home, so I will be taking him to Gillingham tomorrow, its strange having my younger son there cheering away I sometimes have to do a double take, but it does feel good to be back in the stands now and I know I only pay for 2 tickets but it feels like there are three of us singing!! see you all In Gillingham!!!! RTID!

Yep, I'm one of the seven mentioned here. Three of us heading down from West Yorkshire and meeting the Donny contingent at 07:14 by which time we'll be one beer in!
Bald Rover, hopefully see you there tomorrow. You're an inspiration, mate. Hope the young man enjoys his awayday.
-
I might have a walk up the road! My lad will be with me, he`s a Spurs season ticket holder, but don`t hold that against him!
-
Me and my brother will be there
-
Me and my brother also coming from, East Kent,+ another Donny born mate, unfortunately confined to the Medway stand.
-
Me ,my dad, brother and his son
And a bucket of vindaloo…….if you know the lyrics.
-
Me and the son-in-law. Just a short train journey for us from East Kent.

10.50 train from Peterborough with raincoat, walk to St Pancras and train to Gillingham.

Aaawwww bucket.

Any parking ideas? Looks/sounds a nightmare!
Last time I went I parked on the main road about 5 minutes from the ground. I seem to remember there was street parking quite near the away end
-
I'll be there with my son and 3 others.
-
As a regular awaydayer l have mixed feelings about Saturday. My Xmas present from 2 lads was to see my most absolutely favourite band New Model Army in Leeds on Saturday night. So given the distance it would be impossible to do both hence extended family watching the game on I follow and then in to Leeds for beers and music
-
Absolutely gutted to be missing this, but me and my 2 year old will be cheering from the sofa (unless he decides he wants to go and ‘play in puddles’ at the park)
-
Just setting off safe trip everyone c’mon we can do this
