Would you say this is synonymous with the general downward drift of sincere and competent MP's or was it just that Starmer was slack in his general administration and book keeping.

When you think that this fella is trying to differentiate himself from the slack and unkempt attitude of his opposite number and has in the past tried to make a case for himself being professional and competent.
