Next season

So what do we need other than a new manager?!

GK .Mitchell. Defended him all season up until yesterday, strengthening in other areas is arguably more pressing but would love an old reliable head like Sullivan between the sticks.

RB. New signing needed. Lost all our attacking intent when Knoyle left even though he was played at CB before he left

CB. Olowu. There's bags of potential there but got a rick or 2 in him. Needs an experienced leader at the side of him .

CB. New signing. I've lost patience with Anderson, unfortunately it's not his fault but the injuries have taken its toll and he's a shadow of his former self. Madness to offer him a new contract.

CB. Faulkner. Young and raw but fearless. Easy to get carried away , everyone wants a homegrown player to succeed but should be given a chance to prove his worth in L2. Like Olowu needs an experienced head at the side of him to talk him through games. Also should be starting every game between now and the end of the season now we've nothing to play for.

LB. Maxwell. Great attitude, bags of potential and never shirks a challenge. Was developing a good understanding with Hurst as an attacking threat. Side lacks balance at the moment without him.

CM. New signing. Never replaced Whiteman. Need someone who can link defence to attack and can break up play and not afftaid to get stuck in. Close is not good enough.

CM. Biggins. Got us goals this season, room for improvement but could really benefit from having a good midfielder at the side of him.

RM. Molyneux/New signing. Not sure on this one. Molyneux shows glimpses at times but goes missing in games maybe more suited to playing in the hole.

LM. Hurst. Bags of ability still raw. Need to get him involved in games more. Good understanding with Maxwell.

CF. Miller. Works tirelessly as a lone striker but our system just doesn't allow him to get the support he needs. Decent goal return in a poor team after going through a barren run where he missed a few sitters.

This is presuming we are playing the same system. Personally I'd prefer to play a 4-4-2 with someone to partner Miller who's an Ariel threat and can hold the ball up and bring our wingers into the game more.

We need to be doing all we can to engineer a move to get Molyneux out of our club. He is stealing a wage and you can see that he can't be arsed, how he starts every game is a mystery to me, offers absolutely nothing.
