Reading most clubs in recent history have outsourced ticket sales for play-off finals to companies like ticketmaster. Do you think rovers would do the same?

Agreed, in my opinion, the singing or partizan section of our support should be behind the goal in the lower tier at wembley
MK ‘Dons’ fans will just steal your space anyway mate.
With likelihood of thousands of day trippers who haven't gone to a game forever. Can we at least sort it so that a couple of sections behind the goal are allocated for those who do go. The fans were great again last night but no chance of spread all over 40k seats and 3 tiers.
I reckon 15k will go. Price of getting there and ticket will stop some going I imagine.

Quote from: IDM on May 07, 2024, 04:26:58 pmThere’s a big shopping centre at white city, can park there and get the tube to Wembley. Looks like it takes about 45 mins and you need to change. Or I usually park at the other Westfield centre at Stratford. It’s the other side of London but for me it’s easier to get to being only a short drive from the end of the M11. Then an hour on the jubilee tube line, no changes..IF we get there..No tube. There is London Overground from Shepherd’s Bush (right next to Westfield) and as you say, you have to change at Willesden Junction to another London Overground train to get to Wembley Central. And there is scheduled engineering works on that route on Sunday 19 May.

Well I’ve just reserved a parking spot here https://www.wembleycarparking.org.uk/secure-parkingA refund given up to a day before, 5-10 min walk to stadium, fill ya boots before any potential opponents get in there
Roughly how much would it be on supporters coach to Wembley?
I'm confident we'll take 25000 if we get there.
Quote from: TonySoprano on May 07, 2024, 10:31:37 pmI'm confident we'll take 25000 if we get there. Trains are practically sold out. Not a chance now that supporters coaches have been announced at £55
Our average gate in the 2007/08 season was 8,000. This season it is 7,000. Our fan base has declined by 1,000 on average since then, not increased. Even if you factor in the late season uptick in form driving higher gates, Accrington was 6,900, Walsall was 6,500, Forest Green was 7,000. Yes people like to see successful teams and yes there is a lot of chatter on here about getting tickets, but the marginal fan that will have to make up the difference between c.7000 and the 20,000 to 25,000 to take to Wembley isn’t going to be on here. We will take good numbers but don’t underestimate the impact of several seasons of rubbish. That side in 2007/08 had seen a number of seasons of success immediately prior, including going to a cup final the season before. We’ve been on a downward spiral for five years.
