Doncaster Rovers email Addresses

Anybody know the set up settings for the Doncaster Rovers email address's (windows mail, vista 64 )  My hard drive died a while ago and I haven't a clue how to set it up again.

or can it be accessed from somewhere else, in fact the chances of even remembering passwords is probably  pretty remote so if need be can it be reset

Hi i had no luck through e-mail when i tried , but got a very quick response from there facebook group if thats any help .

All I need is the in/outbox mail Pop3 settings or whatever it is.
I seem to remember they were a bit weird.
I got the address when we first started doing them and just copied the settings when I changed pc unfortunetley I can't do that.

I think RobtheRover uses a donny rovers email but he hasn't been about too much recently
