First home game in a while for me - In fact the last time i lived in Doncaster my last game before moving was Notts County V Rovers in the cup at the County Ground with Sif and Bald Rover.
Really looking forward to this one - Flight leaves at 9.25
I think 3-0 Coppinger, Sharp and a newbie getting the goals
Come on You Redssssssssssss:scarf: :scarf: :scarf:
-
No Sharp
Good to see a few of the players who have been out injured on the bench

Woodsys alive!
-
He's not made it onto the pitch yet though.

The 'Singing Section' seems a bit muted
-
Stoke one down at Gillingham.
Sounds fairly even so far at the KM

The 'Singing Section' seems a bit muted
If ever the phrase 'flogging a dead horse' was more apt when describing a singing section at the KM
-
1 Down :(
-
League survival or a day at wembley which would you take?

Sounds like there IS one, but it's in the away end
-
what's this about Jordan Rhodes being at the game?
a Notts County signing?
-
Pen to Notts C.
-
jeees :headbang:
-
0-2 Game over
-
:suicide:
-
At least this won't end up a draw now.

Could be a replacement for Billy? He's watching according to commentators.
-
where's he going to be more tempted to go on this showing? - i suppose he'd get guarranteed starts with us
but spurs and the toon also interested?

thats so funny
Leave Huddersfield for Rovers ????????
Stop it please.
-
Someone put on a different thread that his dad is from Donny so clearly just come to see his Dads local team!

Sell Sharp to balance the books.
Buy Rhodes to replace him.
Did you used to work for Enron?

He was goalkeeper for us in the 80's too.
-
there s more chance of Andy signing

There's nothing fixed about selling sharp to balance the books. He'll be sold at a profit, now would be the time to sell him. Buy Rhodes, develop him... its possible. I'm not saying its even a rumour, just possible.
-
At least Bristol City, Wigan and Reading are above us in being giant killed.
-
Huddersfield are after more for Rhodes than we are for Sharp. No chance of this happening.
-
i dont get this \"sold at a profit\"
Sheff U will probably get a sell on payment
Billys wages for the time he s been here eat into any profit
Jordan Rhodes will fetch £5 million
Rovers will take £3m for Sharp
There will be no profit
York want £2m for their striker. There s more chance of him signing. Still no chance though
-

I've read some nonsense on here over the years, but this is up there with some of the most ridiculous.
West Ham have already had a £4m bid turned down for Rhodes. Shall we bid £5m then, and \"develop\" him.
-
And he's valued by Huddersfield at £4m
-
90:00+0:29
Shot from just outside the box by Martin Woods misses to the right of the goal.
It's like he's never been away.

In assessing profit, how do his wages come into it?? Of course he'll be sold at a profit.
-
there will be no profit from the sale of Sharp for £3m
Thats why the directors will not be putting any of the money upfront to buy a replacement
Players wages drain all profits from football clubs
plus i doubt very much Rovers will recieve £3m in one payment
-
Looking forward to some of the set pieces as well....drifting serenely 20 foot over the bar.
