Serious question: can AB come back as a defender? I think we need him.

f**king pathetic. 3rd went off and turned it off now currently sat in silence with my old man.

No f**king bottle or fight. Give me a shout and I'll put my boots on.

What a f**king catastrophe.

Could you imagine if we had fans in the ground

Not something we will have to worry about. Not many will be going back to watch this.

You're relentless aren't you?

I think you need to take a breather!

We'll  have a new manager in place by the time this season finishes, so I doubt that AB will be walking away from this despite it being as poor as it gets.

So does he already know he's out of a job?

How does Anderson get booked when their player stops us taking a free kick.

Bostock should have scored there.

If it isn't announced by Monday I think the club will struggle to attract any paying fans for our remaining games this season.

No he's been told he's got the job.

A serious question SM - and not a jibe - can the club see the transfer and contract policy it has adopted clearly isn't working?

It needs to be sooner. The new manager needs to see these players themselves and they're attitudes currently. If we bring in someone once the dust has settled everyone will have a clean slate.

No, just means he's been given permission to put this on here. (My opinion only)

I think SM can't justify what is happening with this team, neither can the manager. He may well be "one of our own" but in the end he is well out of his depth. It is unfair on him to keep on with this until the end of the season, there needs to be more direction and drive from a manager to get something out of this team. Who can do that I don't know, or who is available, but if there is no change soon there will be severe losses in terms of fans. If things had worked out for me I would have been fishing this afternoon, as it is I am going to watch the build up to the National and try to forget what is happening at the Keepmoat.

Just seen replay, good shot to be fair, heading to bottom corner.

This is something more than 'the manager'. No matter how good or bad Andy Butler is, there is something else behind this. It is impossible that experienced and professional players, many of who are playing for their futures at whatever club they belong to, can play like this. Players may have systems and instructions that they don't like or don't agree with, but they generally do still put their foot in. These players are not. There is something unusual underlying this.

A shimmer of good news at least. Unless it’s Butler which would be weird

I've paid for it. I'm watching it. Right to the grim end.

Has he? He's got the job whilst the end of the season, no more than that.

To be fair.....we won’t be relegated,

but we will probably lose most if not all of the games yet to play and end up around 18th-19th,

which gives the new man at he helm something to try and better next year....

Would Louis Jones have done any better with the goals we've conceded?

I think we’re all for getting rid of a lot of the players (who clearly want out themselves) but we can’t before s transfer window so the manager is the one variable we can change

We need a new manager in ASAP to have the most time to assess and plan.

Not Balcombe's fault, so probably not.

I think it was going wide.

Good goal by Richards though.

How am I justifying what is happening with this team?

Where have I ever defended any of this?
