Paul is such a genuinely nice bloke ..Years ago ,before the internet he would send me newspaper clippings with Rovers news to my overseas address every week ! How thoughtful that was !

Paul has been secretary of the Retford Branch since 1981 ,he’s been running buses since then ,Tranmere away Good Friday. I’ve known him since then, if he has one failing it is that he is too nice and will try his very best to help anyone and everyone. I’ve spent many an hour with him on the coaches to away matches and even when we used to have the National Supporters Club quizzes and 99% of the time he was talking Rovers. The man is a Legend

A credit to the Club,the Fans,and anyone who knows or comes into contact with him. I've known him for I dont know how long.An Ambassador to the Club and a real gent.Don't know how the press guys would get anything to eat at half time either if he wasn't there.
