Title: Pompey v Danvm
Post by: Bristol Red Rover on November 17, 2012, 03:13:38 am
I'd lava day out and be joining the legions of our fans today as they descend on the plebeians of the south coast, but tis to be a forum game for me. So long as we ceasar big win and hear the eruption of noise from our cohorts.

And to Pompey...

Those were the days, when we played Citivs Eboracvm in the Roman Imperial League Division Three (North)!

Anyway, I didn't fancy the long trek to the south coast so I'll be watching Solihull Moors v Bradford Park Avenue. Will be trying to keep in touch with events at Pompey though.

It was only when Stock suffered the 1st of his long term back injuries that SOD moved him into the middle, prior to that he'd been playing very well on the left as part of the midfield 4 which helped get us promoted it was:

Woods, Stock, Wellens ,Copp's

Hopefully the lack of responsibility and improving fitness will help him get better and get that creative flair we need at home and away

Sounds like a classic away performance -  Rob Jones stopping everything on his own at the back, one chance at the other end and we score. Take the same again 2nd half please!

Gary Woods comes for it and does n`t get there!!!!

Shouldn't we count that as progress, the complaint usually is that he doesn't come for the crosses?

Player is better, not perfect, and you get the occasional extended highlights.

Coffee shops not what they were eh?

Portsmouth miss a sitter, over the bar

Rather more simple and prosaic than that BRR. Retirement simply means I don't need to be here any more for work

Also Mrs Dutch is missing Marks & Spencers
