Hey Everyone - I need some help
I am trying to edit a video - the problem is i can't download anything onto my computer as it is locked by the administrator - can anyone suggest a online program i can use?
The file is quiet big in its original form and i can't email it.
Any help would be appreciated

You are the administrator, you could go into settings then accounts and open, see who is set as administrator, it may be at some point a password has been entered but generally it can be resolved. Or it used to be relatively that way

Could you not upload it to OneDrive or Dropbox or something like that and then download it elsewhere?
